After the surface modification of zinc oxide, the reaction of organic accelerators, stearic acid, sulfur, etc. in the rubber system is easier to occur on the surface of the zinc oxide particles. This all makes zinc oxide form an accelerator soluble in rubber, and the zinc salt reaction is easier to carry out, its solubility is improved, and a complex is formed to make the accelerator more active.

As a vulcanization activator, it can transform the rubber material from a linear structure to a three-dimensional structure after a series of complex chemical reactions, so that the rubber has high elasticity and excellent physical and mechanical properties (heat resistance,solvent resistance and corrosion resistance), and enhance the use value and application range of rubber products.
