In recent years, the rapid development of the electronics industry has expanded the application of slurries made from precious metal powders in electronic components. Among them, silver powder, which is an important conductive functional material for conductor electronic slurries due to its excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, is seeing a steady increase in demand.
Currently, silver powder can be classified into one-dimensional, two-dimensional, and three-dimensional micro- and nano-particles based on particle dimensions, with main shapes including spherical, plate-like, and dendritic.
