Water Treatment
Deep purification of industrial wastewater: Nano titanium dioxide has shown great ability in industrial wastewater treatment. It can efficiently decompose methylene blue in printing and dyeing wastewater (degradation rate >95%), organophosphorus in pesticide wastewater (80% decomposition in 60 minutes), and antibiotics (tetracycline half-life of 30 minutes). In addition, the reduction efficiency of Cr⁶⁺ in electroplating wastewater is up to 90%, generating low-toxicity Cr³⁺ and removing it by precipitation.
Petrochemical wastewater treatment: In petrochemical wastewater treatment, nano titanium dioxide can decompose petroleum hydrocarbon pollutants, combined with membrane separation technology to achieve efficient separation of oil and water, and reduce treatment costs by 30%.
